Manage the parts sales process from start to finish Keep customers informed on parts status Interact with staff and customers professionally and courteously Utilize parts catalog effectively to locate and identify parts Provide price quotes and information via phone Verify parts orders against body shop estimates Ensure excellent service for both internal and external customers Fulfill orders accurately from stock Conduct weekly bin checks to maintain stock accuracy Notify parts manager of out-of-stock items or urgent needs Source out-of-stock parts promptly if necessary Ensure all parts requests are correctly billed on service orders Process payments from retail customers or obtain credit approvals Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, or pickups Qualifications
