responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all on site construction activities. A successful superintendent will complete projects on time and with the highest quality. This includes the daily monitoring of safety and cleanliness of your assigned project. As the lead company representative on site, the Superintendent affects the reputation and success of ADI Construction on a daily basis. Traveling Superintendents should have experience in the following: Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods, trade construction Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP plans and specifications Quality control OSHA Safety Regulaitons Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software
