National Honor Society Advisor - Delano High School
Delano High School is looking for a dedicated professional with a focus on student achievement and reflective growth to assist our team as an advisor for the National Honor Society. The successful candidate will make a positive contribution to improving student culture and experiences in support of our mission. The successful candidate will facilitate the recruitment, supervision, and management of National Honor Society (NHS) in alignment with NHS and Delano Schools policies.

Salary:
$1691 stipend for the school year
Essential Duties
Facilitate the application process of students wishing to join NHS.
Facilitate the selection of students in consultation with DHS staff.
Establish and enforce procedures outlined in NHS and DHS policies/guidelines.
Lead regularly scheduled meetings with the executive leadership team of students and full membership of NHS.
Plan and coordinate the NHS induction ceremony.
Provide oversight and supervision of students completing NHS service projects.
Participate in Senior Awards Night representing NHS.
Other duties as assigned by the DHS principal related to NHS.
