The Impact of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM at Coupa As a Senior Talent Partner – Sales, you will have a direct impact on Coupa’s growth by recruiting top-tier sales talent, including Mid‑Market Account Executives, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales Revenue Operations, and Solution Consultants. You will strengthen the TA team’s capability to build high‑quality sales pipelines, enable customer growth, and secure enterprise new business. Your work will influence the scale, productivity, and effectiveness of Coupa’s go‑to‑market organization.
The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 - $166,500
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
