The Director, Data Solutionsleads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the data presentation and insights layer, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality analytics platforms that support both corporate and franchisee stakeholders. The Director, Data Solutions partners closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate enterprise strategy into actionable data insights and analytics roadmaps, while establishing governance, standards, and best practices that ensure a single trusted source of truth. This role provides technical and strategic leadership across data visualization, reporting, and analytical modeling, and drives the adoption of modern analytics capabilities that improve speed-to-insight and business impact.
