The Director, Data Solutionsleads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the data presentation and insights layer, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality analytics platforms that support both corporate and franchisee stakeholders. The Director, Data Solutions partners closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate enterprise strategy into actionable data insights and analytics roadmaps, while establishing governance, standards, and best practices that ensure a single trusted source of truth. This role provides technical and strategic leadership across data visualization, reporting, and analytical modeling, and drives the adoption of modern analytics capabilities that improve speed-to-insight and business impact. As a people leader, the Director, Data Solutions builds, mentors, and develops high-performing teams, fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and ensures delivery excellence through strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability. This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires regular, in-person work at our Hampton, NH office. Our hybrid model is M/T/W in office and TH/F are optional work-from-home. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our office. Fully remote work is not available for this role. Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise design and delivery of reporting, analytics, and data solutions that enable informed decisionmaking across the organization. Partner with business leadersand key stakeholdersto translate strategy into actionableanalyticsroadmaps and meaningful business insights. Establish andmaintainenterprise standards, governance, and best practices toenablequick andaccuratedelivery ofhigh-quality, secure, and scalable analytics solutions. Collaborate withbusiness partners to implemententerprise wideKPIs and metrics used to drive executive and operational decisionmaking. Provide strategic leadership across data visualization, reporting, and analytical modeling, ensuring effective use of modern tools and platforms. Drive the adoption of modern, cloud-based analytics capabilities that improve speed-to-insight and business outcomes. Build, mentor, and leadhigh-performinganalytics and data product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage strategic vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality analytics solutions aligned to business priorities. Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability, driving organizational change in how data is used to inform decisions. Define and execute a holistic datavisualizationstrategy that bridges corporate and franchiseelocations, ensuringa single sourceof truth fordata andconsistentmetrics. Providestechnicaloversightfor alldata visualization, reporting,and analytical model deliverables. Proactivelyidentifyrisks and resolveissues preventing the team from working effectively. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field,required 8+ years of hands‑on experience leading the design, development, release, and supportofanalytics and business intelligence applications and platforms,required 4+ years of experience at the Director level or in a comparable senior leadership role with responsibility for setting strategy and leading teams,required Extensive knowledge and experience with modern, cloud-based data warehouse platforms,ELT/ETL,data visualization software, and accompanying tools and technologiesrequired(e.g.,Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Power BI, Cognos, AWS, Google Analytics, Adobe, AWSQuickSight) Expertisein statistical analysis,reporting,datavisualizationsand storytelling using data Extensive experience with reporting, analytical modeling,data visualization,and business intelligence best practices Extensive experience managingdata insightsinfrastructure to help scale reporting needs whilemaintaininghigh-performance Experience working in a retail business,preferred Experience working in franchised business,preferred Experience operationalizing machine learning operations (MLOps) in an enterprise environment, preferred Familiarity with the legal, security, and governance aspects of data sharing agreements, ensuring privacy and data protection Demonstrated experience in leading the introduction and adoption of modern enterprise analytics solutions, including migration of legacy systems Experience with event-driven digital data architecture and associated reporting platforms Proficient in Agile and Scrum practices, rapid prototyping, innovation‑focused development cycles, and continuous delivery anddataintegration practices Experience working with project tracking software such as the Atlassian tool set (Jira and Confluence) Ability to jugglemultiple competingpriorities without sacrificingworkquality Proven experience working closely with business owners and subject matter experts toconceptualize, define,design, develop, and deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions isrequired Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Extremely detail‑oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives Exceptional presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally Creative, progressive, thought leadership with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Excellent leadership skills including the ability to build teams, motivate, guide, and mentor Possess a results-driven entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating initiative and creativity Demonstrated strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and organizational leadership skills Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast‑paced ever‑changing, deadline‑driven environment Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can‑do” attitude!
