Job Summary We are a growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm seeking an Education and Marketing Specialist to support our Public Safety Division. This division specializes in serving police officers, firefighters, military personnel, their families, and other government employees.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain education and marketing materials, including:
Website content
PowerPoint presentations
Videos for advisor presentations
Ensure all educational and marketing materials receive appropriate division and compliance approvals
Support the Marketing team with event scheduling and project coordination
Coordinate and support events, including:
Seminars
Briefings
Lunch-and-learn events
Vendor displays
Conferences and education workshops
Utilize key systems and tools, including:
Zoom
Microsoft Office Suite
Squarespace
Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
Maintain and update website content
Produce and distribute newsletters and email communications
Assist with marketing ideas, video production, and social media initiatives
Manage special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in education and/or marketing, including social media
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills related to marketing campaigns
Proficiency with the following tools and platforms:
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Salesforce
KPI tracking tools
Adobe Creative Cloud
Social media platforms
Pardot
Canva
Experience working with First Responders is a plus
