Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Brand Ambassador based in Nashville, TN. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include representing the Happy Ending™ brand at events, promoting brand awareness, engaging with customers to share the story and values of the company, and providing exceptional customer service. The Brand Ambassador will also assist with product demonstrations, sampling, and generating excitement around the company’s ready‑to‑drink cocktail offerings.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with others
Experience with brand ambassadorship and promoting brand awareness
Customer service skills and the ability to build genuine connections
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non‑verbal
Ability to work independently and represent the brand in a professional manner
Knowledge of or interest in the beverage and hospitality industry is a plus
Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with regulations
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
