Immediate Interview & Hire, please apply Job Role: Events & Marketing Operations Specialist Pyramid Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Event & Marketing Operations Manager to oversee corporate event execution, certification compliance, sponsorship activations, and key marketing operations initiatives across North America. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering seamless trade shows, client engagement events, and sponsored conferences while ensuring corporate certifications and operational processes remain current and compliant. Key Responsibilities Trade Shows & Sponsorships Lead end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, and sponsored golf tournaments. Manage booth logistics, show services, shipping, installation, and vendor coordination. Oversee sponsorship deliverables, event advertisements, attendee registrations, and branded materials. Travel to major events to provide onsite oversight and ensure smooth execution. Maintain inventory of promotional items and event assets. Client & Networking Events Plan and execute client appreciation and sponsored networking events. Coordinate catering, venues, invitations, entertainment, and branded gifts. Partner with sales and business development teams to deliver high-impact experiences. Corporate Certifications & Compliance Manage annual renewals and applications for state and federal MBE certifications. Track compliance deadlines and maintain corporate documentation. Secure Certificates of Good Standing and related filings as requested. Marketing Operations Support Monitor and route marketing inquiries to appropriate teams. Maintain awards tracking and presentation updates. Support holiday gifting initiatives and annual event planning processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership. RFP & Proposal Writing experience is a huge plus. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or sponsorship coordination. Strong experience managing trade shows and corporate conferences. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for key events. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Pyramid’s brand presence, certifications, and client-facing experiences are executed with professionalism and operational excellence. COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to 70,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
