Own the Channels. Build the Audience. Scale the Impact. We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven Digital Producer who views YouTube and Meta as a full‑scale programming ecosystems — not simply publishing platforms.

This role owns YouTube and Meta as primary audience growth channels, responsible for building long‑form programming, episodic series, Shorts, and integrated social extensions that drive measurable engagement and business impact.

This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity at one of our clients located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

What You’ll Do Lead the Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube and Meta programming strategy aligned to brand and revenue goals

Define content mix, publishing cadence, and growth roadmap

Own audience development initiatives to drive sustained subscriber growth, retention, and engagement

Build Programming That Performs

Create and oversee episodic formats across education, proof‑driven storytelling, and audience engagement

Own series development from concept through execution

Coordinate long‑form programming and Shorts pipelines to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent publishing cadence

Drive Short‑Form and Social Extensions

Oversee the creation, capture, and delivery of high‑performing short‑form content designed for YouTube Shorts and cross‑platform distribution

Translate brand messaging and creative direction into platform‑native formats optimized for performance

Ensure short‑form storytelling reflects audience behavior, pacing expectations, and current format trends

Partner with social teams to align YouTube content with Instagram and Facebook distribution strategies when appropriate

Optimize for Growth and Retention

Analyze performance across retention curves, watch time, CTR, subscriber conversion, and repeat viewership

Apply algorithm fluency and audience insights to continuously refine programming, packaging, and format development

Translate performance data into actionable editorial improvements

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Collaborate with production, editorial, marketing, performance, and social teams to support consistent growth and quality

Operate effectively in multi‑brand or high‑output content environments

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in YouTube & Meta production, programming, and channel management, producing social‑first digital content

Demonstrated ownership of channels strategy and performance outcomes

Proven track record launching, growing, and scaling YouTube channels

Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and best practices

Strong experience managing both long‑form and short‑form (Shorts) content pipelines

Expertise in fast‑turn, social‑first storytelling and short‑form pacing

Familiarity with Meta‑native formats, trends, and performance dynamics

Strong editorial judgment supported by data‑driven decision‑making

Experience developing branded, episodic series

Familiarity with commerce‑driven or performance‑adjacent content

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Salary range for this position is $66,000 - $100,000

At Maslow, we are committed to equitable and market‑aligned compensation practices. The salary range provided represents the good‑faith compensation band we anticipate for this role at the time of posting. Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, professional experience, demonstrated competencies, technical expertise, certifications, scope of responsibility, geographic considerations, applicable regulatory requirements, and overall business needs. We take a holistic approach to compensation, ensuring alignment with both market benchmarks and internal equity.
