Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our dynamic Enterprise Marketing team. This is a pivotal role for a digital-focused professional ready to drive strategic website initiatives and optimize content management excellence.

Position Overview As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead critical marketing technology initiatives and serve as a bridge between stakeholder requirements and successful digital delivery. This role demands a professional with 6-10 years of relevant experience who can manage complex projects, mentor team members, and deliver measurable business results through digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the project intake process, collating and synthesizing stakeholder requirements to establish clear objectives and deliverables

Manage HubSpot platform implementation, configuration, and optimization for enterprise-level marketing operations

Execute multi-channel digital campaigns and drive website project delivery from conception through completion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content management strategies

Optimize user experiences and ensure content quality across all digital touchpoints

Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement

Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for digital execution

Communicate project status and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field

Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (CMS, CRM, or Marketing Hub)

Demonstrated expertise in website project management and digital strategy

Strong understanding of content management systems and digital asset management

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects

Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in energy, utility, or large enterprise environments

Knowledge of digital marketing automation best practices

Familiarity with website analytics and performance measurement tools

Background in enterprise-level marketing operations

Certification in HubSpot or related marketing technology platforms
