Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Sales Professional at our Clarksville, IN location. The Furniture Sales Professional will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their home furnishing needs, and delivering personalized sales experiences. Duties include assisting customers in selecting furniture, providing product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales goals. The role involves maintaining a welcoming and organized showroom environment, participating in training sessions, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
Basic understanding of furniture products, styles, and trends
Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency with retail management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus
Motivation to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
