Job Summary This position is open to undergraduate students at the University of Kentucky.

Responsibilities The Office of LGBTQ* Resources is seeking student ambassadors to support the daily operations of the Dinkle-Mas Suite. Responsibilities of student ambassadors include but are not limited to:

Serving as students’ first point of contact with our office, as well as office representatives at on- and off-campus tabling, programs, and recruitment events

Supporting and implementing meaningful and engaging office programs and events

Desk and clerical responsibilities, including: welcoming and directing guests, answering phone calls, working with office technology, and maintaining a clean and organized space

Offering peer support to students utilizing the center

Creating marketing and promotional materials

Maintaining and organizing our office’s personal library, the Lesch Lending Library, using Librarika software

Students must maintain a GPA of 2.5 while holding this position.
