Southern California (Los Angeles office-based with regular local travel, no remote or hybrid)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Vice President, Relationship Manager
to join a high-performing commercial banking team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of business and individual clients by originating and servicing a full range of loans and lines of credit. You’ll combine credit expertise with proactive business development, portfolio management, and consultative client advisory—while ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

What You’ll Do Portfolio & Client Management
Originate, structure, and service business and individual loans/lines of credit.
Handle complex accounts and make credit decisions within assigned limits.
Provide financial advice and relationship management to current and prospective clients.
Business Development
Build pipeline and bring in
6–8 qualified accounts per year .
Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and grow relationships.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to BSA, CIP, CDD, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
Identify and elevate red flags; maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Compensation & Bonus
Base Salary:
Fixed base; no commission.
Bonus:
Fully discretionary, based on overall contribution (production, new accounts, effort, peer comparison).
