About the RoleIn this role you will bring to life seasonal in-store floor sets and window presentations that align to our brand’s vision and storytelling. Your goal is to demonstrate strong visual design skills that resonate with our customers while simultaneously transferring visual merchandising skills through coaching and training stores teams to execute brand direction independently.
What You’ll Do
Create high quality seasonal in-store and window displays that ensure the brand is relevant in the competitive landscape.
Bring to life consistent styling in-store that is aspirational and upholds the brand codes and standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of current trends and merchandising techniques in the marketplace that inspire others and drive store sales.
Collaborate with cross functional partners in ensuring accurate seasonal product is being displayed in line with brand marketing and product launches.
Ability to teach and coach visual merchandising execution techniques and skills to district and store leadership.
Strong communication skills needed to regularly direct and provide feedback to large audiences on visual direction and timelines as well as regular participation in region, district and store visits with brand leadership
Excellent demonstration of business acumen that is utilized regularly to ensure and communicate in-store product selections are in support of inventory levels and product on hand.
Help support teams on merchandising solutions for product sell through.
Makes decisions based on strong knowledge of in-store operations and in support of the full product lifecycle.
