Englewood, NJ (Hybrid – In Office 3 Days per Week) One River School of Art + Design is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Manager to support national and local marketing initiatives across our growing network of schools. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and enjoys balancing strategy, execution, and production. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment. This position requires a strong mix of creative production, digital marketing, and operational precision. We’re looking for someone who is both creative and meticulous — equally comfortable designing assets in Canva and managing campaigns within HubSpot (or a similar CRM/email platform). Responsibilities
Email & CRM Marketing
Development, execution, and deployment of email marketing campaigns Build email templates and copy for schools use Manage email schedules, lists, and basic performance tracking Ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and campaign goals Social Media & Content
Develop and schedule organic social media content in alignment with editorial calendar and brand standards Support paid social creative needs Ensure brand consistency across channels Coordinate content calendars and campaign timing Marketing Communications
Support system-wide communications and campaigns Assist in developing marketing materials and messaging Coordinate campaign launches and updates Maintain brand and asset consistency Coordinate event logistics and create promotional materials Creative Production
Design marketing assets using Canva Adapt creative for digital, social, and email channels Support campaign development and execution Manage revisions and asset organization Asset Management & Approvals
Coordinate the review and approval of marketing assets including email, social, digital, and print materials Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all materials before deployment Maintain organized asset libraries and version control Local Marketing Support
Develop location-specific marketing initiatives in partnership with schools Assist with promotions, events, and community outreach Develop localized marketing materials Partner with school teams as needed Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot/CRM tool), social media scheduling tools, and basic analytics Proficient in Canva Strong knowledge of video editing Experience managing social media and digital content Background in local or multi-location marketing preferred Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in education, art, or creative industries is a plus Strong organizational and project coordination skills Compensation
