Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation initiative that will reshape how employees access and interact with critical HR information. You will be at the forefront of modernizing content delivery by preparing and migrating a substantial portfolio of employee-facing materials into a cutting‑edge content management platform designed to support AI‑augmented experiences. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and technology partners across the organization, you will ensure seamless content migration while maintaining data integrity and consistency throughout the transition. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming traditional long‑form content into dynamic, metadata‑rich fragments that can be reused across multiple channels and audiences. This temporary engagement offers the unique opportunity to shape content strategy, develop standards, and optimize workflows that will impact thousands of employees globally while gaining valuable experience with emerging AI‑powered content delivery technologies.
Responsibilities
Ensure content is reviewed and updated by content owners in preparation for migration to the new platform through comprehensive recertification processes
Participate in testing and sign‑off procedures to validate successful content migration through automated scripts with correct metadata and content structure
Collaborate on strategy to transform single‑use long‑form content into reusable content fragments and secure testing approval from content owners
Contribute to the development of team style guidelines and content standards while identifying optimization opportunities based on AI personalization capabilities
Identify areas for improvement in content management workflows and systems, partnering with global teams and product management on enhancements
Manage cross‑organizational stakeholder relationships to publish content for complex features, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, managing dependencies, and escalating risks
Adhere to and promote the use of content taxonomy to enable discovery and reusability by ensuring all content is appropriately tagged and described
Identify opportunities to reuse content and reduce manual effort required to maintain duplicate information across multiple locations
Respond to customer requests to create and update content in the content management system aligned with process and policy changes within defined SLAs and delivery timelines
Skills
Professional content management experience using enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful
Project management capabilities with proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong command of grammar and style
Content operations experience specifically managing content for AI applications
High attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines
Strong judgment and open communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in fast‑paced environments
Capability to learn and explain complex business processes effectively
Experience
4 or more years of professional content management experience in systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful
2 or more years of project management experience
Experience working with reusable or headless content preferred
Experience with information architecture and content models preferred
Work experience in global and cross‑functional team environments preferred
Experience in multi‑language publishing environments managing content for international audiences preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
