Job Description The Graphics Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal graphics/production groups. This role manages multiple graphics and printing projects simultaneously, ensuring customer artwork is accurately developed, documented, and delivered within tight timelines. The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer service experience, graphics/printing technical knowledge, and strong project management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphics or a related field.
Experience in the graphics or printing industry (technical artist, printing company, packaging, etc.).
Strong customer service background in a project‑based, client‑facing environment.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with other Adobe software is a plus.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project‑management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on‑site in Simpsonville, SC, 4 days per week (hybrid schedule).
Preferred
Experience in food packaging or printed materials.
Bilingual skills (valued).
Salary Range $48,200 - $83,030
The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs. Sealed Air offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits designed to promote well‑being.
