
We are currently partnering with an AEC client who is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support firmwide growth initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing and business development leadership to support new business efforts, client development, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support business development strategy and execution across priority markets and practices Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials, including research, content development, and deadline management Assist with creating client‑facing presentations and tailored pitch content Conduct market, client, and competitive research to support growth initiatives Track and report on business development activity, including pipeline data, wins, referrals, and cross‑selling efforts Maintain CRM data, client lists, and engagement tracking Help plan and manage events and sponsorships that support business development and client engagement Coordinate awards submissions and directory rankings, including drafting content and managing timelines Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and leadership teams Create marketing content and graphic design collateral for social media, presentations and brochures, etc. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, proposals, or a related role‑AEC experience highly desired.
