Role Summary The Principal Account Executive will manage and grow relationships withLazorpoint’slargest private equity fund clients, acting as a trusted technology advisor and driving sales growth. This role includes expanding sales within existing portfolio companies andidentifyingnew opportunities withadditionalprivate equity funds andtheir portfoliocompanies.
This role not only provides exposure to top operators in the PE landscape,putting you at thetablewithdecision-makerslooking to Lazorpoint to help themachieve operational excellence, reduce risk, andbethe strategic advisorforIT investments.
Key ResponsibilitiesInclude: Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for top five private equity fund clients.
Providestrategic IT guidance tailored to the needs of private equity funds andtheir portfoliocompanies.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development
Drive revenue growth across key accounts.
Identifyupselland cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolio companies.
Target and onboard new private equity funds andtheir portfolios.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
Collaboration and Strategy
Partner with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay current on private equity trends and emerging technologies.
Align account strategies with broader companyobjectives.
Qualifications Experience
7+ years of B2B sales experiencein the following sectors (combination of experience is preferred)
TechnologySector: IT Services, MSP/MSSP,Consulting
Finance Sector: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Wealth Management
Proventrack recordforsuccess managing large, strategic accountswithin technology and finance sectors, whilemanaginghigh performing, demanding decision-makers as your point of contact.
