This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ for a Hubspot Marketing Manager. The Hubspot Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns using the HubSpot platform to drive growth and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and managing workflows, executing email marketing campaigns, generating content, monitoring analytics to measure effectiveness, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals is a key part of the role. Qualifications
Proficiency in HubSpot platform, including workflows, email marketing campaigns, and CRM management Experience in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and SEO optimization Strong skills in Data Analytics, Reporting, and KPI tracking Demonstrated ability in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Marketing strategies Strategic thinking and excellent project management capabilities Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams Proven experience in campaign management and customer journey optimization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
