
Overview
The Amazon Canada Marketing team is responsible for creating best-in-class shopping experiences for Canadian customers. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite merchandising support across key categories, including fashion, consumer electronics, pets, key project launches, and more. The successful candidate will plan and schedule content across the site and outbound channels, analyze metrics, and report on performance. They will be data driven, results-oriented, and able to effectively manage stakeholders across marketing and business teams. Responsibilities
Drive internal and external traffic Plan, develop, and execute compelling e-mails and merchandising campaigns Analyze results of merchandising and traffic efforts Plan, develop, and coordinate cross-site sales and events Review and drive improvements to customer experience Analyze performance of content and email, always seeking ways to improve Work with vendors and vendor managers to create on-brand, best-in-class content Analyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection to drive site improvements Drive A/B Weblab testing Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels Experience in brand identity and voice development Experience creating brand marketing content Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
