Job Summary The Brand and Content Coordinator is part of the Brand Marketing team. In this role you will support local and global marketing efforts and help bring the JOE & THE JUICE brand to life across social media, community activations, and creative campaigns. You will assist in executing daily marketing operations—from content creation and social media management to event coordination and community engagement—so this hands‑on, dynamic role is perfect for someone passionate about culture, creativity, and lifestyle branding.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Brand Marketing team with daily operations, coordination, and campaign execution for local and global initiatives.
Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, organizing assets, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
Contribute creative ideas for highlighting in‑store moments, brand activations, product launches, and community events.
Create, edit, and optimise short‑form content for Instagram and TikTok, maintaining a consistent and on‑brand tone.
Support the planning and rollout of social content for new product launches.
Monitor and engage with followers across external platforms, responding to comments and DMs to strengthen community and brand loyalty.
Assist with managing content and engagement on the internal employee social platform.
Help plan and execute community activations, local campaigns, and events.
Review feedback and performance metrics and communicate learnings to support more effective future campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, coordinating content, campaigns, and activations to amplify brand reach.
Key Qualifications
Passion for social media, digital content, and brand marketing.
Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, detail, and clarity.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and trends.
Creative mindset with eagerness to generate ideas for content and campaigns.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn about marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Proficiency with Figma & Capcut.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
Compensation: $28 per hour.
