Our client, a

Global Consumer Goods Leader , is seeking an

Artwork Editor

to join their team. As an Artwork Editor, you will be part of the

Artwork & Labeling Compliance Department , supporting

Regulatory Affairs, Artwork Planning, Design, Marketing, and Legal

teams.

The ideal candidate will have

exceptional attention to detail ,

strong cross‑functional communication , and

the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:

Artwork Editor (Office – Creative/Design)

Location:

201 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94111

Pay Range:

$61.37 – $63.06 per hour

Contract Length:

3 months

What’s the Job?

Review artwork for all required

regulatory labeling elements , including ingredients, warnings, net quantity, and distributor statements.

Collaborate closely with

Regulatory Affairs, Artwork Planners, Design, Marketing, and Legal

to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Participate in

artwork alignment meetings

to anticipate upcoming changes and provide early feedback.

Perform detailed

copy‑checking

using both manual and electronic verification tools.

Review complex reports and confidently

present findings

to stakeholders.

What’s Needed?

Experience with

artwork/labeling review

in a regulated environment.

Strong proofreading, copy‑checking, and document accuracy skills.

Ability to work cross‑functionally with

Regulatory, Legal, Design, and Marketing

groups.

Excellent communication skills and comfort with

meetings, presentations, and reporting .

Ability to work

onsite , managing multiple artwork projects under tight timelines.
