Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Naples, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives including event planning, creating marketing materials, and executing multi channel campaigns. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, assisting with sales processes, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong communication and writing skills for creating effective marketing materials and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in sales processes and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in event planning to organize and manage marketing events, webinars, or promotional activities.
Project management abilities to coordinate and ensure the timely completion of marketing initiatives.
Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and relevant software is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role within a SaaS or compliance-driven environment. (Preferred)
Experience marketing in the AML, KYC, regulatory compliance, financial services, FinTech, or RegTech industry is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage social media accounts and grow engagement organically, particularly on LinkedIn.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Figma).
Working knowledge of WordPress and basic website content management.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM fundamentals and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor web edits is a plus.
Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic) are a plus.
Portfolio or samples of previous marketing work (social posts, emails, graphics) preferred.
How You’ll Contribute
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook) aligned with Truth Technologies’ brand voice and marketing goals.
Develop, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns targeting compliance officers, financial institutions, and decision-makers across key industries (banking, crypto, gaming, insurance, real estate, healthcare, and legal).
Update website content, landing pages, blog posts, and product pages. Ensure site accuracy, SEO best practices, and optimal user experience across English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Arabic sites.
Create on-brand visual assets for social media, email campaigns, blog headers, digital ads, conference materials, presentations, and sales collateral using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing calendars, coordinate campaign timelines for product launches and trade shows/conferences, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (email open/click rates, social engagement, website traffic, lead generation) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Assist with case studies, whitepapers, Enhanced Due Diligence content, webinar promotions, and other marketing projects as needed.
Collect and share market feedback with internal Product and Support teams to enhance platform positioning.
Stay up to date with global and domestic AML/KYC regulations and industry trends to inform content strategy.
