What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Gather, synthesize, and organize complex technical information into clear content
Write, edit, review, and publish technical documentation tailored to audience needs
Develop release note documentation for product releases
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and validate technical deliverables
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improvements in customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience
At least 2 years of proven proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong writing, communication, and research skills
Ability to manage priorities and workload independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Communication, or related field
Membership in the Society for Technical Communication or similar professional association
Experience with release-note documentation and familiarity with agile/scrum processes
Knowledge of SDLC teams and experience producing software releases
Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA
