
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Event Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of immersive event experiences and sponsor activations. This role combines creative strategy, visual design, and spatial rendering to bring impactful brand moments to life across live, hybrid, and experiential environments.
The ideal candidate is equally strong in ideation and execution, capable of translating big-picture concepts into production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop original creative concepts aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and event themes
Create visual mockups, 3D renderings, spatial layouts, and presentation decks to clearly communicate ideas to clients and internal teams
Design event graphics and branded assets, including signage, stage design, digital displays, environmental graphics, and print materials
Collaborate closely with event producers, marketing teams, sponsors, and fabrication partners to refine creative direction and ensure seamless execution
Maintain consistency with brand standards while delivering high-impact, innovative creative solutions
Ensure all deliverables are production-ready, on-budget, and aligned with technical specifications
Support onsite installation, creative direction, and troubleshooting as needed
Stay current with experiential marketing trends, fabrication techniques, emerging materials, and AI-powered design platforms
Qualifications:
3–6+ years of experience in event design, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing spatial design, brand environments, and sponsor integrations
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar platforms preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative vision
