
We are seeking an Events & Activations Specialist to support the strategy and lead execution of brand events, activations, and grassroots marketing programs. This role will be responsible for planning and executing a year-round event calendar, wellness activations and community engagement across the C&G Midwest market. This individual will partner with our events leader to coordinate grand opening celebrations and facilitate new market activations. This position plays a key role in driving brand visibility, guest engagement, and local community connection.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-market ambassador program including ; Oversee Ambassador program, Track ambassador monthly deliverables, Send monthly mailer to ambassadors, Make sure each ambassador is hosting contracted events per their agreement (x per month or quarterly pending agreement)
Develop and execute an annual calendar of brand events, activations, and local marketing initiatives.
Produce and execute all events and activations for the brand in the MN market
Support planning and execution of major brand moments, including store openings, grand reopenings, and seasonal events across markets
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, operations, and field teams.
Content capture and social media support of/for events
Support brand partnership relationships
Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in event marketing, activations, or community marketing.
Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and programs across multiple markets.
Capable of operating in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Proven track record of using activations to grow a brand
Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as the role requires
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing or related fields
