Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience with telephone switchboard systems.
Licensure/Certification:

Knowledge:
Excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant and audible speech with good enunciation; flexibility; ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse backgrounds and roles; ability to remain seated at the switchboard for long periods without discomfort.
Supervision Received:
PBX Supervisor, NARC Manager, NARC Director.
Supervision Exercised:
None.
