About The Role The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing & Commerce Media will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital commerce and performance marketing initiatives across Haleon’s portfolio. This role will focus primarily on retail and commerce media execution, with growing exposure to performance marketing, creative optimization, and analytics. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Media, Analytics, Sales, and agency partners, the Associate Manager will help deliver measurable impact against key business and commercial KPIs. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ office.
Key Responsibilities Commerce Media Execution & Optimization
Support day-to-day management of retail and commerce media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart, and other RMNs.
Partner with agency and platform teams to activate, optimize, and scale campaigns.
Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure delivery against commercial KPIs.
Analyze shopper and marketplace data to inform ongoing optimization.
Support development of retailer-specific strategies and recommendations.
Performance Marketing & Testing
Support creative, audience, and media testing initiatives in partnership with Performance Marketing and Creative teams.
Contribute to campaign optimization based on performance signals and insights.
Assist in execution of learning agendas and test-and-learn frameworks.
Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Own preparation of regular performance reports and dashboards.
Analyze results across commerce and performance channels to surface trends and opportunities.
Support post-campaign reviews and learning documentation.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional & Agency Partnership
Partner with Brand, Media, Analytics, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams.
Support management of agency and platform partners.
Contribute to integrated planning and execution.
Act as a key day‑to‑day point of contact for commerce-related initiatives.
Capability Building & Innovation
Stay current on retail media tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Support pilot programs and emerging commerce media opportunities.
Contribute to development of playbooks, processes, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in commerce media, retail media, eCommerce marketing, or digital media.
Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on major retail media platforms (Amazon preferred).
Experience working with agencies, clients, or cross‑functional partners.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting performance marketing, paid media, or optimization programs.
Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Luminate, or similar tools.
Experience in CPG, health, or consumer goods.
Exposure to creative testing, audience strategy, or personalization.
Demonstrated desire to grow into broader integrated marketing leadership.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is: $108,721 - $149,492 plus an annual bonus.
Location:
This role is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in‑office presence of 3 days per week.
