Role Description: We are searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long‑lasting mcustomer relationships. As our team member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.
Handle multiple phone lines at 1 time
You are able to multitask and still maintain professionalism.
You are able to read, write and able to handle many computer platforms
Qualifications:
Sales and service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
A heart to serve our customers and look for other opportunities to protect our customers
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license
Requirements:
Have your Property and Casualty state insurance license.
Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
If not already licensed with Life and Health pass Arizona state exam within 60 days.
Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required.
