Overview Join a growing Erie/Front Range e-bike shop where you'll educate customers on cutting-edge electric mobility, help them choose sustainable transport solutions, and contribute to reducing carbon footprints—one joyful ride at a time. Ideal for quick learners with strong people skills, technical curiosity, or retail/sales experience who want hands-on product expertise in a fun, active industry.

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Educate customers on our eBike lineup, helping them choose the perfect model for their needs and lifestyle.

Offer expert guidance on eBike accessories, including helmets, locks, and lights.

Conduct test rides and demonstrations to highlight eBike features and performance.

Ensure proper bike sizing and fitting for customer comfort and safety.

Process sales transactions accurately, including cashier duties like cash handling and credit card payments.

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Collaborate with the service team to coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and maintenance.

Stay informed about industry trends, eBike technologies, and local regulations.

Contribute to sales goals through proactive and suggestive selling techniques.

Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Continuously expand your expertise through training and self-study.

Proactively follow up on all sales leads (phone, email, web inquiries, walk-ins, etc.) in a timely manner to maximize conversion opportunities.

Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor through regular merchandising, product placement, and cleanliness standards.

Manage back stock efficiently, including restocking the sales floor and promptly alerting inventory managers when products are running low or out of stock.

Stay current with rapid developments in the eBike industry by actively learning about new products, features, technologies, manufacturer training, and industry trends to provide accurate and enthusiastic customer guidance.

Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, ideally in eCommerce particularly the outdoor or powersports industry.

Passionate about bicycles, motorcycles and technology, including components and features.

Passion for sustainable transportation and promoting eBikes as an eco-friendly option.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.

Customer-first mindset with a dedication to exceptional service.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for sales transactions and inventory tasks.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus.

Physical ability to lift bikes, conduct test rides, and assist with fittings.

Availability to work weekends and major shopping holidays, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Black Friday (mandatory).

Team player with a flexible, collaborative attitude.
