Your Responsibilities

Support the execution of integration activities for sales and marketing functions, working closely with cross‑functional teams as directed by program managers.

Maintain and update commercial processes based on the impacts of inorganic investments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Monitor and suggest improvements to processes based on team feedback and evolving business needs.

Resolve issues and support process improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Maintain documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to help solidify change.

The Essentials – You Will Have

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

5+ years of experience in a business‑to‑business commercial operations role with sales or project management

Solid understanding of commercial operations in modern sales organizations

Experience managing tasks and timelines within defined project plans; ability to coordinate with stakeholders as needed.

Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups
