The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing & executing all daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Brand Marketing department’s (within the Business Unit) activity.
Responsibilities
Assist with Marketing Budget Administration – tracking, invoicing, analysis
Asset Management & Coordination with agencies & key stakeholders
Assist with Packaging Design Execution, Routing, Approvals, and Required Legal Copy Development
Assist with Portfolio Management (inclusive of new & base items - product directory, price lists, master data & spec systems)
Assist in managing Website & Social Media activities
Development of sales & marketing presentations
Sales Sample & Materials Coordination, Development & Deployment
Ad Hoc Business Analytics & Reporting
Shipping / Mailing / Organization of product samples & office inventory
Experience, Skills, Education
Bachelor’s Degree required with an emphasis on Marketing or Business preferred.
Marketing internship experience and/or previous administrative experience required
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
Must be able to multitask and re-prioritize workload frequently.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $32,873.00 - $54,789.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
