Senior Investor Relations Manager

to join their team. This position offers a dynamic environment with exposure to senior leadership (c-level), investors, and analysts. It’s well-suited to a candidate with proven financial and analytical acumen who enjoys interpreting complex data sets and crafting strategic investor messaging. Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of quarterly financial communications, including earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases. Consolidate and analyse financial, operational, and strategic data to support clear communication of company performance. Develop and maintain valuation models, provide insights into market perception, and benchmark performance against peers. Build and sustain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders; manage investor inquiries and meetings. Interpret equity research and industry reports to keep senior management informed of market developments and investor sentiment. Independently oversee the organisation of investor and analyst events such as conferences, roadshows, and capital markets days. Support internal and cross-functional projects that enhance investor relations processes and strengthen corporate messaging. Requirements

Strong analytical background with deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets. Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Excel-based modelling. Proven ability to process complex financial data, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape concise and persuasive investor materials. Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience engaging directly with senior management, investors, and analysts. Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, MBA) are a plus. Willingness to travel to the HQ (Southern Germany) when required. 5+ years of professionally qualified experience inside a listed in-house company, investment bank, or consulting. Native or near native language skills in English and German.
