What You Can Expect Leads key elements of downstream marketing for Monogram robotic solutions, owning the design and execution of surgeon and patient journeys from first awareness through adoption, advocacy, and long term life with the system. This role is responsible for creating momentum and a following for the Monogram brand through bold storytelling, experience design, and digital marketing excellence.
This role works closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Clinical, and Zimmer Biomet Corporate Communications to ensure brand alignment while pushing creative boundaries.
Monogram's surgeon-guided semi- and fully autonomous robotic technologies are expected to add new and differentiated capabilities to Zimmer Biomet's already broad suite of customer‑centric technology solutions. How You'll Create Impact
Journey & Experience Design
Design end to end surgeon and patient journeys across all Monogram robotic applications.
Create differentiated experiences from discovery through onboarding, utilization, and advocacy.
Map moments of truth and develop content and experiences that elevate each interaction.
Creative, Content & Brand Momentum
Develop content ecosystems and campaigns that generate buzz, urgency, and followership.
Shape narratives around the future of robotic surgery.
Partner with agencies, creators, and technology partners to deliver standout creative work.
Ensure Monogram robotics maintains a distinct, modern identity within the ZB brand.
Digital Marketing & Experimentation
Own strategy and collaborate with Corporate Marketing Communications to execution across key digital channels (social, video, web, CRM, paid media).
Champion new platforms, formats, and technologies to drive engagement and growth.
Use data to optimize journeys while maintaining room for intuition and bold ideas.
Maintain a portfolio of work with clear performance results.
Cross Functional & Corporate Alignment
Serve as the downstream marketing interface to ZB Corporate Communications.
Align on brand narrative, messaging, timing, and reputation sensitive initiatives.
Partner closely with Product Management as new robotic applications are introduced.
Measurement & Performance
Define and track metrics tied to engagement, demand, adoption, and advocacy.
Connect creative output to business outcomes and communicate results clearly.

Your Background
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience
Experience designing end to end customer journeys
Experience designing and executing direct-to-patient (D2P) journeys that educate people on seeking advanced treatment options
Strong hands on digital marketing background
Portfolio demonstrating creative work and measured results
Experience partnering with corporate communications teams
Healthcare, med tech, or regulated industry experience a plus
Travel Expectations Up to 10%
