expertise, and comfort working across multiple teams in a governance-driven content environment. Key Responsibilities
Create engaging marketing content across web, digital ads, email campaigns, social media, brochureware, and other paid/owned channels Simplify complex financial services concepts for business-to-consumer audiences Proofread and edit high-volume enterprise content, including marketing materials, digital assets, SEC filings, and closed captioning for weekly video content (500–1,000+ words) Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to AP Style guidelines Partner with Brand, Creative, Consumer Banking Marketing, and Product teams to translate data and business objectives into compelling copy Manage content workflows from ideation through approval and publishing Follow established content governance models and recommend process efficiencies where appropriate Provide editing and proofing support to internal writers and stakeholders Qualifications
5–7 years of marketing and/or communications experience Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and
AP Style
(required) Demonstrated experience creating consumer-facing content in financial services (preferred) Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance metrics Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills Comfortable working in a process-driven, cross-functional corporate environment
