to serve as the operational powerhouse and creative tactician behind our global footprint. Reporting to the Head of Social, you will be the "General" on the ground, the bridge between high-level brand strategy and relentless execution. Forget 'managing' social media; we’re looking for an relentless owner who treats every upload like a championship game. You are responsible for the output, quality, and performance of one of the world’s most valuable creator brands. You will own the tactical roadmap for YT Shorts, TikTok, IG, Snap, X/Twitter and emerging platforms, ensuring that every piece of content - from a 15-second TikTok to a global brand partnership, is a

You don’t wait for a briefing to act. When you spot a gap in the calendar or a dip in the data, you’ve already diagnosed the 'why' and pivoted the team toward a solution before the meeting even starts. You're a master of tone, you can learn and translate "Dude Perfect" into every platform’s native language without losing our soul. You are as comfortable mentoring a junior editor as you are presenting a high-level strategy to executive stakeholders. You don't just watch DP; you understand the mechanics of digital storytelling, retention hooks, and what makes sports content go viral in 2026. You are incredibly personable, able to build trust with talent and keep multiple departments moving in the same direction. What You'll Do
Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the Dude Perfect social presence across all primary platforms. Directly manage and inspire a growing team of producers, editors, and coordinators to maintain a best-in-class output. Lead the social strategy for our largest brand partnerships and tentpole events, ensuring the DP voice remains authentic while delivering measurable ROI. You’re the social glue between creative, partnerships, and talent. You’re in the room and in the weeds to ensure social-first thinking is priority in every project. You speak the language of an editor and the vision of a brand partner to make sure our output is elite. Collaborate with our strategy & insights team to analyze performance data to refine our approach, identifying new opportunities for audience expansion and community engagement. Set and maintain the creative bar for every post, ensuring technical excellence and brand consistency across the entire department. Requirements
6+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a major entertainment brand, sports franchise, or top-tier creator. Expert-level understanding of the algorithms and nuances of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X. You have successfully grown massive audiences and managed high-stakes, multi-platform campaigns. You speak the language of editors and producers, you know what makes a good hook and how to give thoughtful and actionable creative feedback. You are a master of project management tools and have a proven ability to organize the chaos of a high-growth environment. You’re a leader who listens first, but isn't afraid to step in and redirect a project to make sure it wins. You know how to inspire the best work out of a team and sharpen their ideas into something elite. Bonus Qualifications
A deep, personal passion for the Dude Perfect brand and our mission. Experience working directly with high-profile talent or professional athletes.
