The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in enabling the planning and execution of strategic team initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional efforts, managing timelines/milestones, and supporting operational and technology‑driven improvements. This role focuses on strengthening processes and project managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and technology implementations.

What You Will Do:

Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and facilitate internal and cross‑functional team alignment using Adobe Workfront, and other platforms/technologies, alongside the Marketing Operations Manager

Project manage cross‑functional, firm‑priority marketing campaigns and technology implementations end‑to‑end, seamlessly navigating shifting scope and timelines while ensuring milestones and strategic objectives are met

Maintain project plans and timelines for ongoing strategic team initiatives throughout the year, ensuring progress and accountability

Co‑lead kickoff, status, and post‑mortem meetings, facilitating and guiding conversations across internal and stakeholder groups in partnership with the Marketing Operations Manager.

Facilitate training team members and new hires on our processes, tools, and best practices

Support with external vendor relationship management; including but not limited to routing invoices and contracts, and facilitating budget alignment

Who You Are:

4+ years of proven work experience in project management and marketing operations; B2B/professional services experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

Experience with Workfront (preferred) and/or other project management software

Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical skills, capable of developing thoughtful solutions

Strategic communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences and ensuring alignment with project goals

Adaptable individual able to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances, ensuring continuous progress and success

Creative thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of generating innovative ideas while maintaining structure and order in their work

Active learner interested in continuously honing and growing their skillset

Collaborative team player, able to work with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals and foster a positive work environment

Occasional travel to other offices.

This position is eligible for overtime: No. The Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: $80,000.00- $95,000.00
