Law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day marketing and business development initiatives for California offices
Manage and mentor marketing team
Develop pitches, RFP responses, proposals, awards submissions, and marketing collateral
Support litigation and transactional practices with strategic BD initiatives
Oversee directories submissions and related processes
Track BD opportunities, maintain prospect lists, and report on outcomes
Plan and execute firm-hosted and sponsored events; evaluate ROI
Develop and monitor regional marketing & BD budgets
Analyze market trends and contribute to business planning
Ensure alignment with firmwide branding, strategy, and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
At least 6+ years of law firm marketing and business development experience required
Prior staff management experience a must
Experience with RFPs, pitches, directories, and analytics/reporting
