Job Description
Lead the Patient Relations department by setting clear expectations and supporting day-to-day operations. Collaborate with leaders and physicians to uphold patient complaint and grievance protocols. Develop and performance-manage team members to build a motivated, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring patient feedback, reviewing satisfaction surveys, and engaging staff in service initiatives.
Educate and collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to implement patient experience process improvements.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $94,000.00 - $156,000.00/yr.
