Responsibilities
Product & Solution Messaging Ownership: Own and steward clear, consistent messaging for OneAscent's platforms, investment solutions, and giving offerings.
Ensure narratives are accurate, differentiated, and compelling across all channels.
Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including advisors, investors, families, and institutions.
Maintain brand voice and values-aligned positioning throughout all content.
Content Creation & Enablement: Develop high-quality content that supports advisor recruitment, solution adoption, and client retention.
Create campaign and evergreen assets including one-pagers, presentations, web copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
Tailor content to distinct audience segments while anchoring all messaging to OneAscent's values-aligned positioning.
Support marketing initiatives across the entire advisor and client journey.
Content Planning, Translation & Continuous Improvement: Provide structure and clarity to content creation by translating cross-functional expertise into compelling narratives.
Maintain a product- and campaign-aligned editorial calendar ensuring timely delivery of content.
Iterate and refine messaging based on engagement metrics, advisor feedback, and market insights.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining accessibility.
Requirements Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating range and quality.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or B2B marketing.
Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, or charitable giving.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc.).
Understanding of faith-based or values-aligned investing principles.
Background in creating sales enablement materials.
Experience collaborating with product, sales, and subject matter expert teams.
