Become a Key Player as a Product Marketing Project Manager As a Product Marketing Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive product marketing projects to timely delivery, enabling the team to execute launches, events, and communications. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to increase visibility and reduce friction. Work model: Onsite in San Jose, CA.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Track execution of product marketing initiatives including analyst RFIs, live events, feature releases, internal and customer communications, sales portal materials, and newsletters
Build and maintain tracking systems and own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for concurrent workstreams
Ensure consistent communication and visibility into project status and priorities by following up with individuals and reporting progress
Create, edit, or update B2B marketing content from product marketing inputs
Use AI tools to accelerate content development, research, synthesis, and project documentation
Evaluate and recommend tools or automations to improve team efficiency
Standardize and document processes, templates, and best practices to reduce friction and increase speed
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or product marketing within a B2B technology environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Practical experience using AI tools to support content creation or workflow optimization
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market motions, product launches, and sales enablement
Commitment to quality and efficiency

Experience working in a matrixed environment
Experience supporting product marketing, field sales, partner marketing, or customer success teams
