Job Description:
Lead high-value creative production projects within the gaming marketing space, overseeing execution from kickoff through final delivery while managing client communication, budgets, and internal teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own and lead projects from brief through final asset delivery
Serve as the primary client point of contact
Run all internal and external meetings (set agendas, send written recaps)
Manage timelines, scope, budgets ($100K+), and deliverables
Monitor project health and proactively flag scope or budget risks
Oversee and mentor an Associate Producer or Coordinator
Collaborate with Production Operations on workflow improvements
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, editorial, art, game capture)
Ensure all feedback is addressed prior to client delivery
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
1–8 years of Creative Producer experience with career progression
Experience managing $100K+ project budgets
Strong client-facing experience leading communication and meetings
Background in gaming, short-form marketing, entertainment marketing, or agency/studio environments
Experience mentoring or managing at least one junior team member
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable driving alignment and pushing back when necessary
Genuine interest or passion for video games / gaming marketing
Nice-to-Haves:
Direct gaming industry experience
Experience in gaming or entertainment marketing agencies
Familiarity with project management tools (Notion a plus)
Experience in theatrical, streaming, or interactive marketing environments
