Strong portfolio demonstrating system-related training or complex workflow training.

Experience creating job aids, eLearning, videos, and facilitator materials end-to-end.

UKG Pro WFM

training experience (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, or Admin modules).

Ability to work independently, manage changing requirements, and drive clarity from ambiguity.

Proficiency with tools such as:

Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)

Camtasia, Snagit, or similar video tools

Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

Strong communication, organization, and accuracy skills.

Instructional Designer (Contractor)

to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content aligned to the new system configuration, business processes, and change impacts. This role will work closely with SMEs, the implementation team, and L&D leadership to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly learning deliverables that support go-live readiness.
