Polyver Sweden was born in 2005 in the heart of Jämtland with its breathtakingly beautiful natural landscape with the intention to guarantee warm feet all year round regardless of activity. We developed and manufactured locally what would become our classic, timeless product: a warm, lightweight, waterproof and comfortable boot.
NORDIC BRAND REPRESENTATIVE The mission This exiting position implies that you support the Nordic Sales Manager and COO in the execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan with our Retail key Accounts and agents across Nordic markets. You build strong relationships with our interlocutors at the Key accounts, proactively managing all kinds of situations that arise during a season. Your primary objective is enabling profitable growth, customer satisfaction, seasonal sell-in, and high-impact (visual) merchandising within a B2B framework through close customer relationships and frequent visits.
Main responsibilities
Frequently visiting stores to implement and ensure brand standards and (visual) merchandising are executed with precision including trainings.
Collect insights and data on the account strategy and performance, market segment dynamics, Polyver brand and product range perception, relevant market data including alternative brands and products.
Develop strong contacts at store (and client head office) levels to become the trusted advisor to major Nordic buying groups and accounts – making Polyver a brand and company attractive to work with for the Key Accounts.
Support the seasonal presentation of new collections, order intake and orderbook conversion to hit volume and net revenue target.
Support with the building and implementation of multi-year account plans that include ranging, stock level targets, and account-specific promotional calendars.
Use data and relationships to monitor account KPI: s (sell-through, inventory turn etc.) and provide actionable insights to colleagues and partners.
Identify and anticipate any potential commercial or consumer experience issues ; and bring suggestions on how to address effectively any potential commercial experience issue.
Competencies and skills required
Experience (at least 3-4 years) in sales function for (premium) brands distributed at key account retailers in Nordics, preferably with experience in footwear, or sport clothing/equipment.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written), enthusiastic and passionate by temper, very organized and structured, with good analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
Tech savvy, being proficient in CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Business Central), with an ability to use digital B2B ordering tools (e.g. Gung) and catalogs.
Hands on, able to work in a small and dynamic organization.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Willingness and ability to frequently travel, especially in season.
Driver’s license a requirement.
Key Performance Metrics
Customer management and satisfaction: ensure existing customers are retained and high performing.
Sell-out: ensure healthy (balance revenue and margin) retail performance at our Key Accounts.
Orderbook health: minimizing cancellations and maximizing reorder opportunities.
Job set-up
Candidate ideally based in either Stockholm area or Gothenburg (homework mode in both cases) with frequent travel across Nordic markets. Other locations within Sweden can also be an option.
