Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer based in Kent, WA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Designer will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop creative and functional design solutions. Daily tasks will include creating floor plans, selecting materials and furnishings, preparing presentations, and ensuring projects align with client needs and budgets. The role requires active participation in meetings, project coordination, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the design process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in designing and creating floor plans, layouts, and interior design solutions
Expertise with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Strong skills in material and furniture selection, including knowledge of sustainable design options
Ability to present ideas effectively, communicate with clients, and collaborate with team members
Experience in project coordination, adhering to budgets, and managing timelines
Strong commitment to innovation, functionality, and exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Holds a design certification or license (preferred, but not mandatory)
Previous experience in commercial interior design or a similar field would be advantageous
