Director of Behavioral Health Services (Project Management) What You'll do

Oversee contracted therapist contracts and relationships, ensuring quality documentation, billing integrity and services are provided in safe and therapeutic environments.

Monitor clinical outcomes and service effectiveness.

Direct development and oversight of HCBS behavioral programming, ensuring timely completion of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).

Provide guidance and review to ensure evidence-based and person-centered practices.

Oversee and ensure training to leadership on the purpose and expectations for programmatic supports.

Oversee direction, monitoring, and compliance for individuals receiving RISK services.

Maintain communication and relationships with the Clinical Team at DHHS to ensure satisfaction with CSN services.

Oversee and ensure training to employees providing RISK services in program expectations, supervision, and support.

Assist in development and tracking of exception requests.

Conduct file reviews supporting intake and service authorization decisions.

Attend team meetings and provide guidance on service expectations and compliance.

Design, direct, or deliver individualized training and consultation to CSN staff, ensuring staff competency in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs.

Achieve financial targets through strategic planning and disciplined execution, overseeing client eligibility, service documentation, claims, and reimbursement.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Archway clientele, individuals and families served, service authorizing authorities and payors, regulatory agencies, community partners, and employees and contractors, while representing CSN professionally within the community.

Systematically monitor treatment effectiveness and service outcomes by analyzing data to inform operational and clinical improvements, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes and promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability.

Uphold and advance CSN’s mission, policies, and procedures by contributing positively to the strengths-based culture and engaging in personal and professional development.

What You'll need

Licensure as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)

Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Minimum two (2) years of experience in mental health services

Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Ability and willingness to implement crisis intervention techniques as trained

Ability to maintain reliable, consistent attendance and report to work physically and mentally prepared

Preferred Skills & Experience

Five (5) years of experience in human services and/or mental health services

Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience

Experience with HCBS programming, ISK funding, and regulatory compliance
