Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Norton, MA, with some opportunities for remote work. As a Micro Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing and managing relationships with local small businesses. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, meeting with clients, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay informed about T-Mobile's product offerings and trends within the small business market.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Business Development skills to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets
Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and customer-focused solutions
Experience in Training and mentoring colleagues or team members as needed
Excellent Organization and time management skills to handle multiple business accounts effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and other sales-related technology
Previous experience in telecommunications or working with small business clients is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
