Salaried Financial Advisor / Retirement Plan Sales Consultant
– Are you tired of commission-only positions? This opportunity targets a specialist role focused on selling retirement plan advisory services to businesses, with a local organization. This role requires a FINRA Series 65 or 66 and the ability to travel regionally. The right candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about selling retirement plan products to businesses. You will work independently to build business, with an office to call home but a workweek largely determined by appointments and client needs. Responsibilities
Sell retirement plan advisory services to businesses. Develop and manage relationships with business clients to understand their retirement plan needs. Operate with independence to build and grow a book of business while coordinating with the organization as needed. Qualifications
FINRA Series 65 or 66 license required. Ability to travel regionally. Knowledgeable and passionate about selling retirement plan products to businesses. Compensation
Base compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 plus incentive compensation, benefits, and equity potential. This role includes an uncapped incentive program tied to plan revenue generated.
