This role offers a clear, performance-based path to Sales Manager.
About the Role As a Sales Representative, you will:
Generate your own leads through proactive outreach and networking
Run qualified company-provided leads
Conduct residential property inspections
Identify roofing, siding, and window replacement opportunities
Educate homeowners on restoration and replacement solutions
Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who want both strong earning potential and career advancement.
